Elizabeth is a private client lawyer known for the expert advice and dedicated legal service she delivers to high net worth individuals. She has particular expertise in the areas of trusts, probate and estate administration as well as elderly client work.

Elizabeth’s work includes advising clients in relation to UK and cross-border estates, both in contentious and non-contentious circumstances. She also provides advice to UK and non-UK trustees, and carries out a wide range of trust administration work such as producing trust accounts and submitting HMRC tax filings.

Elizabeth deals with the preparation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney and also the registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney.

Career

Elizabeth joined Wiggin Osborne Fullerlove in 2011.

From 1994 to 2011, Elizabeth honed her skill as an associate private client solicitor within the private client team of Rickerbys (now Harrison Clark Rickerbys).

Prior to that, Elizabeth completed a training contract at Glanvilles Solicitors between 1992 and 1994.
