Alice Bailhache

Solicitor

Alice is a private client lawyer. She advises UK and international clients in relation to succession planning, trust law and UK tax. She has experience of drafting trust documentation, Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, as well as dealing with contentious trust and probate matters.

Career

Alice joined Wiggin Osborne Fullerlove as a solicitor in 2018, having trained at Fladgate LLP, London.

Prior to beginning her training contract, Alice worked as a paralegal in Carey Olsen’s London office.

Personal Interests

Alice enjoys music, singing in various choirs in London. She took part in Wills Aid in 2018 and is in the process of studying for the Jersey law exams.
