Edward Hall
Edward is a private wealth lawyer whose practice has a particular focus on tax and trust law. Ed advises a range of high net worth individuals and institutional clients on a range of matters including cross-border tax planning, establishment and taxation of trusts, estate planning and philanthropy. Ed also has a wealth of experience advising in relation to high level trust and estate disputes.
Ed’s work includes advising high net worth individuals and families and their trustees on the creation and fortification of trust vehicles and other succession planning structures, for asset protection and wealth preservation reasons. The advice commonly includes UK tax advice and cross-border tax planning.
Ed provides astute legal guidance to UK domiciled clients on wills, trusts, personal taxation and general estate and succession planning. He further advises non-UK clients on residence, domicile and remittance basis of taxation matters and on the tax implications of UK property ownership and investment.
Career
Ed joined Wiggin Osborne Fullerlove in January 2013. He became a partner in 2019.
He had previously trained at Lawrence Graham LLP from September 2010 to September 2012.
