Genevieve Millington-Morrall
Genevieve is a private client lawyer, who specialises in advising internationally mobile high-net worth individuals and their families on a broad range of issues.
She has particular expertise in advising clients on how best to structure their wealth, which may include using trusts, companies and other vehicles, depending on their particular objectives. She enjoys working with families, their trustees, family offices and other advisers in a collaborative way and is focussed on securing a joined-up approach to advice for clients.
Genevieve has experience in US-UK tax and estate planning matters and frequently advises clients moving between the two jurisdictions. She also spent a number of years working in Switzerland and is familiar with Swiss/UK cross-border issues.
She advises on a broad range of taxation matters, including inheritance tax, and assists clients with enquires from HMRC. She also advises on matters connected with owning UK residential property, including advising on stamp duty land tax.
Career
Genevieve joined Wiggin Osborne Fullerlove in 2021, having previously trained and worked at Charles Russell Speechlys LLP in London from 2012 to 2016 and in Zurich from 2016 to 2021.
