Background in brief
- Gained BA hons in Economic and Social History in 1990 at University of York.
- Articled at Radcliffe & Co 1993-95, he qualified as a solicitor in 1995 and worked in the City of London with Wilde Sapte 1995-97 and then with Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft 1997-99, acting principally for structured finance and asset finance groups of investment banks based in London, New York, Hong Kong and Sydney.
- Joined Wiggin & Co in 1999.
- Became a Partner in May 2001 and now a Partner in Wiggin Osborne Fullerlove following demerger in 2003.
Tax focused Private Client work, with particular expertise in devising and implementing tax-efficient investment structures for high net-worth individuals, utilising trusts, life insurance policies, collective investment vehicles and hybrid entities.
