Paul Lowe
Paul is a well-renowned lawyer with more than 16 years of senior management experience in running law firms.
Prior to becoming involved in the full-time management of law firms, Paul was a commercial litigation lawyer with over 20 years’ experience: in the course of his litigation practice, he represented clients before the House of Lords and the European Court of Human Rights.
Paul’s day-to-day work involves overseeing the firm’s financial and operational affairs, safe-guarding its status as a modern practice at the forefront of private wealth work. Paul is the firm’s Money Laundering Compliance Officer (“MLCO”) and has responsibility for all aspects of Wiggin Osborne Fullerlove’s compliance program including GDPR.
Career
Between 1977 and 2016, Paul was with an Oxford-based regional practice. At that firm, he was a commercial litigation partner before becoming its managing partner, an executive director and head of operations and risk.

Paul has a wide range of interests. He is a sports enthusiast, his passions being Oxford United (where he was a Director for a number of years) and cycling. Paul has a keen interest in the charity SpecialEffect.
